Privacy policy

This policy explains how WallyWaddle LLC ("we"), the company behind StayFn, handles personal data on this website, stayfn.com. It does not cover the StayFn product: data our customers process in StayFn is governed by their customer agreement with us.

What we collect

• Contact form. Your name, work email address, company, role, the topic you choose and your message.
• Email. What you send to hello@stayfn.com or to us directly.
• Technical data. Our hosting provider receives the technical data every website request carries, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver and protect the site.

We do not use cookies for tracking, advertising trackers or analytics that identify you.

Why we use it

• To answer your message, arrange a demo or discuss working together, which is in our legitimate interest and, where you ask about our services, a step before a possible contract.
• To keep the website secure and free of spam, which is in our legitimate interest.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who processes it for us

• Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the website, checks the contact form for spam with Cloudflare Turnstile and delivers form messages and email for stayfn.com. Turnstile processes information about your browser and device to tell people from bots. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Google LLC provides the email inbox where your messages arrive. See Google's privacy policy.

These providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where data about people in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland leaves those regions, it is covered by the providers' transfer safeguards, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep messages for as long as we need them to answer you and follow up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer agreement applies.

Your rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the right to data portability, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to complain to your data protection authority. Residents of some US states have similar rights under state law. To use any of these rights, email hello@stayfn.com; we answer within 30 days.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and show the new effective date at the top.
